Meet one of our newest members, Seth, from K-Pork! 🙌

Our concept is simple: authentic Korean Barbecue served in sandwich form.

We've transformed K-BBQ into convenient street food, suitable for any event.

⭐️ Why did you start a food truck?

I always thought the NZ street food scene lacked authentic Korean flavours. My goal is to introduce true Korean BBQ to the streets of Aotearoa.

⭐️ What was your biggest challenge?

The biggest challenge was to come up with a menu suitable for street food. We tried serving K-Pork with rice, noodles, salad, and more. It took many attempts to figure out the best presentation of our pork.

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?

Chase your passion, not the money

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?

To take K-Pork to the moon!
