Meet the Vendor - Butter Baby

Meet one of our newest members, Matilda, from Butter Baby! 🙌

Born and bred in Auckland, Butter Baby is a bakery here to create the new or spice up some old-school comfort foods that you might have known and grown up with

⭐️ Why did you start a food truck?

I wanted to bring in a mix of both new and old foods that I grew up with. I would love to see Auckland’s food culture grow and be a part of that journey too.

⭐️ What was your biggest challenge?

Getting enough confidence to believe in my products

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?

Start earlier and make more mistakes

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?

To open our shop later on this year
