Meet Ana & Reinaldo from Sabores Spanish & Latin Cuisine! 🙌

Ana and Reinaldo from Sabores Spanish & Latin Cuisine. They moved to NZ in 2003, then after a few years this project was born. Our food truck is like a "show-room" of the rich, flavorful and passionate cuisine that resulted from the encounter of Europe and The Americas when millenaries techniques met exciting new products.

⭐️ Why did you start a food truck?

With a food-truck we can combine our passion for cooking with the nomad spirit that fuels our souls. It is fun to be at different places and meeting diverse people every week. We found it a good way to showcase the rich, delicious and flavourful cuisine we grown with, family recipes. Many times, ordering from our menu brings people's memories about trips and stories of happy moments.

⭐️ What was your biggest challenge?

To condense in a short menu all the ideas, old and new recipes that come to my mind !!

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?

Plan and organize as much as you can ahead of the events but always be prepared for the unexpected.

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?

To keep exploring the roots of authentic spanish-latin cuisine to add to the menu and sharing it with Amigos in Aotearoa.
