Meet the Vendor - MāoriMex Mexican Food Truck

Meet one of our newest members Bronwyn from MāoriMex Mexican Food Truck! 🙌

Established in May 2021, MāoriMex makes really yummy Mexican food. All sauces and meat rubs are made from scratch fusing Māori and Mexican herbs and chillies.

Growing up in the States, Mexican Food was a staple in our house. Now that I’ve moved back to Aotearoa, I want to share my love of cooking with you.

⭐️ Why did you start a food truck?
I love making people happy with the love I put into making the food. It’s so rewarding when customers come back and say it was delicious. It makes me happy.
⭐️ What was your biggest challenge?
These lockdowns have been challenging with continuity, but I am someone with perseverance.

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?
No matter what goal, big or small, it is achievable. Make your food with love and the love will spread.

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?
To open a Maori Mexican Restaurant.
