Meet one of our newest members Sakae from Karaage Boy! 🙌

Inspired by the traditional Izakaya bar in Japan. "Karaage" is one of the most popular items for international travellers, bringing the fun and simple street food to the crowd!

⭐️ Why did you start a food truck?

it’s fun, it’s mobile and less overhead

⭐️ What was your biggest challenge?

Logistics also a lot of minor things that bug you

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?

Be consistent, Don’t give up too quickly, and think “outside of the box”.

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?

to survive the next three winter
