We had a chat with Vege Bang Bang recently, here's what they had to say about the summer season, must-try menu items and why they started their food truck!

Why did you start a food truck?

My food obsession and struggling to find food I wanted to eat at markets. Owning a food truck also means I can fit my work around my kids.

What was the highlight of this recent summer season?

All of the beautiful weddings we were a part of - It’s been our best wedding season yet.

Favourite menu item from another truck?

That’s a hard one! I’m absolutely obsessed with Lulu’s acai bowl and a big fan of Rolling Pin’s dumplings as well.

Finally, what's your favourite menu item on your truck?

I enjoy my laksa, which is coming back soon for winter. I also like my new Korean tofu tacos - I haven’t eaten them too much yet so they are still a novelty.
