Meet Josh & Brody from Jo Bros and Loco Bros Taqueria!

Two chefs who roam Auckland serving simple, fast, delicious burgers with Jo Bros and have put their own take on traditional Mexican street food with Loco Bros 🙌

⭐️ Why did you start a food truck?
Because we had built a strong concept beforehand and loved the idea of working for ourselves, being able to travel and serve the best burgers around!

We also believe the fast food industry needs disrupting, why can't a kiwi favourite - the humble burger be guilt free and make as little of a mark on our natural environment as possible. So here we are, Jo Bros. Sustainably Built Burgers.

⭐️ What was your biggest challenge?
Deciding how to pre-empt attendance at events to avoid wastage as much as possible. This took time to get our heads around.

⭐️ What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don't be afraid to spend money, if you're going to do it. Do it!

⭐️ What are your plans for the future?
We hope to keep rocking around New Zealand in our trailer but also have a few permanent sites we're currently working on. Watch this space.
